This workgroup was recently established and involves participation from the M & O director, the FBO and selected departmental FAMs involved in the work order process.
The main objectives for these monthly meetings have been to discuss pending Archibus development projects that will affect the WR work flow, discuss procedures, reporting needs, task improvements and any other archibus topics in relations to the FAM role overall.
