This workgroup was recently established and involves the Property & Risk Management departments and the Facilities Information Systems staff. The Property & Risk Management Project Workgroup Meeting is conducted monthly to review and discuss Property and Risk Management functionality needs in relation to Archibus.
This group will review and prioritize requested projects and define new developments in an effort to assist the Property and Risk Mangement department in consolidating data and tracking buildings and equipment information in Archibus for insurance purposes. In addition, any completed development requests will be reviewed during these meetings.
