Space Management Project


The Space Management Project Work Group meets monthly or as needed to review and discuss Archibus functionality and needs for the development of the Space Management Project. In addition, updates to the Standard Operating Procedure and work flows discussed and reviewed. Otjer areas of discussion include roll out, training and implementation.


Regular follow up reviews for improvements will be conducted before implementation and roll out. During these meetings, many discussions and reviews are performed with other campus departments in relation to changes needed in addtion to reviewing the development processes.
