Design Services Reports

Project Priority List – All Projects The attached link is a Microsoft Office Excel 2003 document that replicates Design Services’ Project Priority List. This list contains all projects that are posted in Archibus and is our current version available for your use. The attached Excel file can be manipulated for various search or filter features typical with Excel files.
Excel Print: Unless you desire specific pages to print, this list is set up to print all pages in color and requires no modification of print commands. This document has sort fields if you desire to isolate information before you print.

Project Counts By Project Phase The attached link is a pdf version of Microsoft Office Excel 2003 document that provides a snapshot, by phase, of where each project is in our design and construction process. This document records the phases starting with “Requested” and concludes with “Punch List”. This document does not include “Completed” and any other phase beyond. This list contains all projects that are posted in the Design Services’ Project Priority List and is our current version available for your review.
