MOTOR FLEET FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
Facilities Management maintains a small fleet of vehicles for official business transportation needs of the campus community.
Motor Fleet is administered through Archibus

Training Manual for Motor Fleet:

Log in using your ninernet account (the same log in as your e-mail)
Click on “Building Operations”
Click on “Motor Fleet customer”
The Pre-authorization check list, accident procedures and current rates are available in Archibus.
Vehicle Requests are sent to the Financial Account manager in your department. They will receive an e-mail asking them to put in the accounting information and approve the request. The request then comes to the Motor Fleet desk. You will receive an e-mail when the request has been approved or denied.

Please Note
Beginning 09/01/2006 the written test for Van Certification may only be administered through the Safety & Environmental Health Office, located in the King Building, Room 113. The driving portion of the test may still be done by a van certified departmental employee or through Facilities Management's Motor Pool administrator.
The applicant must be an employee of the University with a valid driver's license. Test will not be given without a completed Authorization Form. Please find the link to the new Van Driving Authorization Manual below. If you have any questions, please contact the S&EH Office at 74291.
