The Architectural Planning team helps maintain the database cataloging all space used by the University.
Space Management Responsibilities:
- Provide space usage information for University owned and leased buildings
- Collect building documentation reflecting existing conditions including drawings and specifications
- Assist users in retrieving building information as needed
- Conduct an inventory and assess existing space usage
- Translate requirements into specific space solutions
- Analyze current space layout to ensure maximum efficiency
- Assist in the development of programming documents for the design and construction of new space or renovation of existing space
