In coordination with the University's Central Human Resources Department, the Facilities Human Resources Unit oversees recruitment, training, performance management, payroll, and salary/leave administration for Facilities Management. HR staff members maintain FM employee personnel records and process all personnel actions including weekly time sheets. The unit serves as a reporting resource for the department in regards to overtime, training, recruitment and the administration of the Employee Recognition and Awards Program.
