Major Construction Program Underway at UNC Charlotte

UNC Charlotte’s campus is undergoing major new developments this year and next.  Construction of a number of significant facilities has started and will continue over the next two years. During the next year, the Charlotte Research Institute will see the completion of the Energy Production and Infrastructure Center (EPIC), a 1300 space parking deck, and new entrance road at J.W. Clay Boulevard and the Football Complex.  Construction of the Partnership, Outreach and Research for Accelerated Learning (PORTAL) will start in March 2013 and complete in 2014. Read More
