UNC Charlotte Facilities Management Department is responsible for all facilities planning, operations, and capital construction. Capital expansion projects expenditures exceeded $350 million over the past four years.
The Department is responsible for all maintenance, repair, renovation construction, and operations of the real property of the University. This includes roads, grounds, athletic fields, buildings, and utility systems. Facilities Management also performs the housekeeping, waste management, and recycling functions. Our organization employs 358 full time staff and has an annual budget of $31 million.

| Bidding for Substation Relocation Phase 2 |
A Mandatory pre-bid will be held in May 19th, Room 119 of the Facilities Mgmt/Police Bldg #55 at 2pm.
Sealed proposals from pre-qualified contractors will be received until 2:00 P.M., EST on June 5, 2008 in Room 119 in the Facilities Mgmt/Police Bldg #55 on the UNC Charlotte Campus for the Substation Relocation project. Pre-Qualified Bidders are:
