New Electronic Key Request Process Pilot for EPIC is Underway…

The Lock Shop recently began a live pilot this week with the opening of EPIC using the new key request pocess. This is the beginning of the new key process that will go live campius wide later this summer where all Key Requests will be requested and processed electronically via ARCHIBUS Web Central.

Once the process is completely implemented campus wide, the Lock Shop  will require all key requests to be requested electronically within ARCHIBUS similar to the current work request form process. The full pilot is anticpated to be completed late summer. During the pilot phase timeframe, the Lock Shop will process both current paper key requests forms and the new electronic key requests.
