EDA Work Request Workgroup

The Facilities Operations EDA Work Group is conducted bi-monthly (or as needed) to review and discuss the use and functionality to be used for a pilot that will be conducted in using Enterprise Digital Assistants (EDA) for processing work requests by the Facilities Operations Zone/Shops.
 

During these meetings, all parties will define the EDA requirement needs for Work Request processing and the user needs will be documented into an SOP format for signoff prior to development and implementation.
