The Key Management Workgroup was established to determine requirements and process flows for the development of a Key Management element within Archibus Web Central. This new module will facilitate easier campus key request processes and provide easier and more effiicent informational tracking in relation to Campus Building keys.

During these meeting, current process and data elements will be defined. A Standard Operating Procedure and new process work flows will be documented prior to system development .
