Project Management Customer Workgroup

This workgroup consists of Facilities Information Systems, Design Services personnel and various campus PA Ms. and FAMs.


The focus within this workgroup will be to conduct usability testing and document recommended improvements for implementation within the ARCHIBUS Project Management module. With that in mind, new reports and additional improvements will be defined utilizing the customer / user standpoint. Customer input and feedback will be valuable to identifying and documenting all new areas of improvement.


During these meetings, all parties will assist in defining new procedures, reports and tasks for the new module. All information will be utilized for for system and process improvements.
