Now Live: New Archibus Web Central Customer Features
Facilities Information Systems is pleased to report that we have released Archibus Web Central Version 18.1. New features previously requested by existing system users have now been implemented along with this new upgrade. We hope you enjoy all the new Archibus features and find them useful.

Although there are only minimal changes to the FAM role such as a more organized task list, the work request form view provides more functionality to our WR customers including:

Ability to link document attachments directly to a work request;

Ability to request an estimate via the work request system that requires customer approval of the estimate before the work request is issued. (More information will be available on this new feature in the upcoming weeks);

Ability to create Emergency Work Requests;

Ability to enable email notifications that alerts you via email of any change in status or updates to a work request.

Facilities Management Information Systems is excited about this new Archibus upgrade and our ability to provide new options that provides better service to our customers.
