Archibus Customer Satisfaction Work Request Survey

Beginning Friday, May 7th, 2009, a new Building Operations Management Work Request Survey will be initiated via Archibus Web Central requiring customer input on completed work requests. This new Archibus work request survey will generate automatically for every 50th work request that has been placed in “completed” status.

If a work request customer is selected to participate, the survey, consisting of six questions and a comments area, will automatically display after the customer logs into Archibus. Customers may choose to close the survey without completing it; however, the survey will display again upon log in and will continue to display until completed.

This new WR survey will be used to measure customer perceptions and determine how Facilities Management Building Operations Management personnel may improve work request service promptness, responsiveness and overall customer satisfaction.
