**UPDATE** The University of North Carolina at Charlotte will be accepting sealed bids until 1:30 p.m. on April 17, 2024.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested bidders on March 6 at 2 pm in Room 114 of Fretwell Building (http://facilities.uncc.edu/maps) located at 9203 Mary Alexander Rd. Charlotte, NC 28223.
