The customer feedback page is designed for internal and external customers of Facilities Management to share concerns, issues, and positive feedback from any work experience you have received. Your feedback is valuable, helping make our work processes and customer experiences as seamless as possible. 

Please provide as much detail as possible (i.e. place, date, etc.). Your submission is received by the Office of the Associate Vice Chancellor of Facilities Management; a response will be provided within 30 days of receipt.
