Green Office

Who it is for? Faculty, staff and students working together within their units, using office space and equipment.

What do you get?  Practical suggestions for more sustainable office operations.  Awareness about university policies and programs.  Recognition for being good stewards of University resources.

How much work is it?  Fill out a checklist and host a staff meeting to discuss.  Sustainability Office staff will be there to help answer questions, make suggestions, and help boost your score.

What difference will it make?  The state, UNC system, and UNC Charlotte have sustainability goals for conserving energy and materials, reducing costs, and maintaining safe, healthy workplaces.  People, making everyday decisions at work, are critical making those goals a reality.

Download the Questionnaire checklist below and contact the Sustainability Office at sustainability@uncc.edu to schedule a meeting.
