Unlike the design manual, there is no single manual for Operating Procedures. We can however, work to help units document their procedures so that we know where to improve sustainability, and ensure best practices are maintained.
We also need to support operating procedures with policies, staff training, and new equipment. Several examples include:
- Green Cleaning (both Facilities and Housing are certified)
- Facilities Management Smart Fleet Participant
